For Those Missing WP’s Daily Prompt & Community Pool

Edar on Pixabay CC0 Creative CommonsSince WordPress dropped their Daily Prompt and Community Pool at the end of May, other sites have stepped in to fill the gap.  If you feel adrift, here are three sites to both jiggle your brain cells, and help you connect with others in the blogosphere. It’s a great way to discover new blogs, help new writers, and find new fans of your writing.  Enjoy!

  1. I wasn’t a fan of those daily prompts. Maybe because I couldn’t blog every day. Or maybe because after a while, the community feels a bit too cliquish.
Although CP was far from perfect, I did enjoy it when I had some free time. I did not have much free time towards the end of its carrier, so I wasn’t too devastated when I found out it was totally gone.
I guess now, it gives us more motivation to “get out there”, meet new bloggers, and promote ourselves. It’s not as easy, but survival of the fittest?
